Within the framework of the campus renovation initiated by the geographical regrouping of the SUPAERO and ENSICA campuses on the Rangueil site, ISAE-SUPAERO plans to build a Learning Centre by 2018.
This space will be a library, a place of study and a social space, but also a place of participation encouraging intellectual curiosity, interaction, exchange and creation.
The objectives are as follows:
- Contribute to the success of students by offering a place to study and learn: traditional services of provision and loan of documents, very wide range of hours (evenings and weekends)
- Facilitate group work, collaboration between teachers, researchers or students physically present and at a distance
- To offer a wide access to digital collections thanks to study places integrating digital access, either individual or collaborative learning places
- Facilitating innovation by offering services for research: assistance with the dissemination of work, data management
- Supporting pedagogy by offering training: documentary research, bibliometric bibliography, setting up a watch, tutoring in the context of projects, etc.
- Enable openness and exchange with the business world
- To support ISAE’s international policy and the reception of foreign students and professors
- To allow exchanges and socializing
- To communicate on the history of ISAE and its activities
This operation is part of the RGI’s related projects.
Sylvie Mersadier is the project manager, supported by Accenture as part of a skills sponsorship, and in collaboration with Jacques-Olivier Beraud.
A steering committee validates the major stages of the project.
