Here is the report of the students of the ENSICA training who led in April 2012 a humanitarian project in Senegal:
Crayons Sans Frontières in Senegal
We are seven students of the ENSICA training and members of the association Crayons Sans Frontières. We have been preparing this trip since April 2011 in order to help a primary school in a Senegalese village.
First of all, it was necessary to raise funds for the purchase of school and sports equipment and to establish contacts on the spot.
The school we decided to support is located in Sandiara, 70 km from Dakar. In the end, we were able to bring 1000 notebooks, 800 pens, 300 to 600 slates, rulers, coloured chalk, glue pots, etc.
A very warm welcome was given to us in the village. The smiles of the children were our best satisfaction!
