Charter for the use of the ISAE-SUPAERO information system

The use of information systems implies compliance with rules designed to ensure an optimum level of security, confidentiality and performance, as well as compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. The present charter has been drawn up in the interest of each user and demonstrates ISAE’s desire to ensure the harmonious and secure development of the use of information systems.

The IS Charter, like the internal regulations, is binding on all staff, students and any person working at ISAE. The staff do not have to return the last page signed. On the other hand, students will sign it each time they enrol in one of the courses.

Evolution of the charter

As the uses and tools linked to information systems are constantly evolving, it is necessary to foresee a constant evolution of the directives linked to the use of the information system. This document presents these evolutions, to be taken into account immediately by all users, and which will be formalized in the next version of the charter.
